What if I need to move in the near future?
At Singh, we take the varying needs of our homebuyers into consideration when we are planning our communities. Therefore, we have several homes under various stages of construction in most of our communities that will help accommodate the time frame and needs of our homebuyers. What do some of the terms mean?
Whether you are experienced with the process of building a home or are building a new home for the first time, there may be new terminology referenced throughout the process. Will you build a home on an individual lot outside of a Singh community?
We do not build homes on individual lots outside of our Singh communities. Our homes are designed specifically for the homesites in our communities. We welcome you to visit any of our communities to discover the homes, features, and amenities. We welcome the opportunity to build your new home with us in the Singh community that meets your needs.

Do you work with Realtors® ?
We value the relationship we share with realtors, and welcome them and their clients to our communities. It is not necessary to use a Realtor ® , but if you are working with one, we require your Realtor ® and you to complete our registration form upon your first visit to the community. Please visit or contact any of our communities for further details regarding our broker-client program.

Do you have any new communities planned?
We are actively opening new communities and planning future communities. Please reference our Future Communities page for further details. You can also submit an Information Request with your specific questions.

What types of homes do you build?
Based on the varying needs of our homebuyers, we offer Ranch, Cape Cod (First Floor Master Suite), and Colonial homes in various communities where we build. Do you offer a warranty on your homes?
