Singh built its first senior living community, Waltonwood at University, in 1988. Over the past 22 years Singh’s senior living communities have been known as leaders for quality (product, care, and service) in each of their markets and the company has developed systems, policies and procedures that also have allowed for superior financial management and value creation. In 2010, as part of a planned growth initiative, Singh is now offering to share its senior living expertise with select partners, in strategic markets.
Our communities consistently out perform industry and regional metrics for occupancy, revenue per unit, NOI per unit and resident satisfaction. We have built a team of outstanding senior living professionals that can build effective teams, analyze markets, evaluate operations, develop strategic plans and implement the plans effectively.
