    2. Please come join us to hear from a heart survivor named Sheri Lindsay.

Sheri Lindsay suffered from a stroke 5 years ago on February 20th 2012. She had type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and weighed 270 pounds. She was in a very stressful marriage and had very low self esteem. Her only focus was being a loving mom. She was standing at the kitchen table when she felt her blood pressure rise sharply. She immediately lost vision in her left eye and knew right away it was a stroke. Through a home program for recovery, shear hard work and determination she was able to come back slowly. Today, she is fit, toned and feels beautiful. She continues to share her story in hopes to reach and inspire others to become heart healthy. She is blessed, humbled and so very grateful to say that she is a survivor!

Food and refreshments will be availble before the presentation.

Community tours will also be available.
