Meet the Executive Director of Waltonwood Cary Parkway

Noreen Mohit is originally from Indiana and relocated to North Carolina in 2018. After earning her Medical Doctorate from the University of Chicago and a Master of Public Health from Indiana University, she entered the senior living industry in 2013. It was there that she discovered her true passion—connecting with residents, supporting families, and helping to create communities that feel like home.

Since then, Noreen has had the privilege of leading exceptional teams and collaborating with dedicated professionals who share her commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. She finds deep purpose in blending her medical and public health expertise with the daily joy of making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

Outside of work, Noreen enjoys spending time with her husband and their goldendoodle, Athena. She loves traveling, exploring new places, trying new foods, and being with family and friends. Whether she’s enjoying a quiet evening at home or embarking on a new adventure, she always finds joy in life’s little moments.
