We pride ourselves on our ability to offer residents with menu alternatives for restricted dietary plans.
As the weather changes, so too do our menu options. We hand-select each season’s menu to suit our residents’ preferences. Whether it’s a crisp and refreshing plate of BBQ shrimp with quinoa for lunch on a warm summer day or a hearty bowl of French onion soup with braised short ribs on a chilly winter evening, we have you covered. Our Bistro is also an excellent option for Independent Living residents, who are looking for something more casual but equally tasty.
Waltonwood has also begun working with local farms and producers to focus on providing residents with local, sustainably sourced ingredients. To further help our residents feel at home, our Independent Living Bistros will feature Made-in-State snacks to help support our local economies, while still providing our residents the freshest available options.
