Steven Tyshka serves as the Director of Operations for all Waltonwood senior communities. He joined the company in January of 2011, and has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry with an outstanding resume including roles as Executive Director, Mentor and Area Manager and Vice President of Senior Adult Services from other senior living companies. Steven graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology, and Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. Steven works with each Waltonwood community's Executive Director and the regional team to provide support and ensure the daily operational systems are aimed at providing high quality service to the residents that live there. He is driven to continue advancing Waltonwood's commitment of excellence by coaching the teams to provide superior service. The interaction of the associates with residents and the 'special moments' where residents' lives are enriched in the Waltonwood communities are the most important aspects to him.

Randy LeMaster serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Waltonwood Senior Living, supporting the Southeastern communities in North Carolina and Virginia. Randy is responsible for managing the luxury retirement communities day-to-day operations. He partners with the community’s Executive Director as well as community leaders to focus on delivering a high of quality care, developing community leaders, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and financial management. Randy has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Spending the last 11 years of experience as an administrator or regional director, Randy has a proven track record of developing and building high performing teams that provide superior care and service to our residents. He has a passion for coaching and mentoring leaders within the industry. Randy graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration. He serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Assisted Living Association.
Adam Merrell serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Waltonwood Senior Living, supporting the Michigan communities in Detroit. Adam is responsible for managing the luxury retirement communities day-to-day operations. He partners with the community’s Executive Director as well as community leaders to focus on delivering a high level of quality care, developing community leaders, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and financial management. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Spending the last 23 years of experience as an administrator or regional director, Adam has a proven track record of developing and building high performing teams that provide superior care and service to our residents. He has a passion for coaching and mentoring leaders within the industry. Adam graduated from Hastings College with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business.
Richard Mabe serves as the Regional Director of Resident Care for Waltonwood Senior Living, supporting the communities in Metro Detroit Michigan. Richard is responsible for managing the luxury senior communities’ day-to-day operations. He partners with the community’s Executive Director and management team on delivering a high quality of care, developing community leadership and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and financial management. Richard has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and as a licensed nurse. His passion to serve seniors drives his success. Strengthened through his experience as an administrator, resident care director and hospital nurse, Richard has a proven track record of developing and building high performing teams that provide superior care and service to our residents. He has a passion for coaching and mentoring leaders within the industry and focuses on positive leadership to build a strong, positive culture for residents and caregivers.
Aaron Fenberg is the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the Human Resources function for all divisions of Singh, including the Waltonwood communities. He brings over 20 years of experience in both Human Resources and Operations Management with high growth health care organizations. He is focused on ensuring that Singh remains an employer of choice, associates have opportunities for development and growth, and that we are an efficient and technologically advanced company from an employment perspective. Aaron joined Singh in 2010, and has built a team of professionals overseeing payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, workers compensation, leaves of absence, and talent acquisition. Aaron has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University and sits on the Human Resources Executive Roundtable with Argentum, the leading national association for senior living.
Chris Grabowski serves as the Senior Forever Fit Manager supporting Waltonwood’s Michigan and southeast communities. Since joining the Waltonwood staff in August of 2010, Chris has served as the driving force behind the growth and development of the Forever Fit Program at the Twelve Oaks, Cherry Hill, Carriage Park and Royal Oak communities. With over a decade of fitness experience he works closely with the residents and staff overseeing the Forever Fit Program to ensure safe, effective and enjoyable exercise offerings for each community. From large classes to one-on-one orientations Chris helps to design tailored exercise plans for each resident focusing on their individual needs and capabilities. Centered on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination his goal is to make exercise accessible to all residents regardless of potential limitations. With a Master Degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University and multiple certifications through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) including Senior Fitness Specialist, Chris’ passion for health reaches far beyond the community walls. As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast he hopes to pass his passion for active, healthy lifestyles to all our communities and their residents.
Kara Terreault-Triplett has been with Waltonwood since 2018. She has degrees in both Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from Oakland Community College, and more than 22 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Kara has worked as a chef in restaurants, platinum level private clubs, educational, and healthcare facilities. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation, and received the ACF Presidential Medallion in 2009, while representing the US in Canada for a culinary showcase.
Kara believes food brings people together over generations and helps us celebrate all different cultures and backgrounds.
Lindsay Charlefour serves as the Director of Life Enrichment for all Waltonwood senior communities. She joined the company in May 2018, bringing over 13 years of experience in the senior industry with an outstanding resume including Director of Therapeutic Recreation within sub-acute rehab, and Adjunct Instructor at Eastern Michigan University, her alma mater. Lindsay is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Lindsay works with each Waltonwood community's Life Enrichment team and Forever Fit coordinators to provide support and ensure innovative and personalized programming are the foundation of our thriving communities. She believes that a supportive, purposeful and engaging environment fosters quality of life at any age. Her ambition is strong, her heart is big and our residents' overall wellness and active lifestyle is undeniably her passion.
Ken Kosiorek serves as the Director of Revenue Management for all Waltonwood senior communities. He joined the company in July of 2017 bringing over 10 years of client service and marketing experience. Ken supports each Waltonwood community's marketing managers and business office manager to ensure they have the necessary tools to keep Waltonwood a leader in the senior living industry. Ken graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising.
Sara Bailey serves as the Regional Director of Sales for our North Carolina and Virginia Waltonwood Communities. She joined our team in January 2018 bringing with her over 18 years of experience in the senior living industry, the last 13 years supporting sales and marketing efforts across multiple markets. She brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for driving results and developing top sales talent. Sara is a Central Michigan University Graduate and Michigan native. Her husbands military career has allowed them the opportunity to travel and most recently brought them to North Carolina. Sara looks forward to serving seniors and their families at Waltonwood and sharing her passion for sales with our team.
Bryan Hall serves as the Regional Maintenance Manager for the Waltonwood Communities. When joining Singh, Bryan brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of fields. After obtaining his PHD and working as a clinical psychologist, Bryan Hall had obtained his Builders license in 1982 and has been engaged in the construction field ever since. Prior to his promotion to Regional Maintenance Manager for the Waltonwood Communities, Bryan served with Singh as the Maintenance Supervisor at Waltonwood University for over three years! In his role at University, Bryan excelled in providing top quality attention to vital systems of the building, navigated through a full building renovation, an apartment fire and flood, and served residents and associates with a can-do-attitude. In 2013 and 2014, Bryan was acknowledged with an award for our highest score in Maintenance Service in the Waltonwood portfolio based on the MyInnerView surveys of residents and families at the community. In doing so, Bryan’s scores well exceeded our internal average for maintenance service, as well at the national averages!
Rhonda Stewart serves as the Financial Analyst for the Waltonwood Senior Communities of Michigan, North Carolina and Virginia. She joined the company in June of 2014 bringing 10 years in the senior living industry. Rhonda is responsible for providing financial support for the Waltonwood Communities and the Regional team. She is also responsible for supporting the communities’ Business Office Managers. Rhonda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Rhonda’s goal is to provide accurate financial reporting for the communities. She also an advocate for showing respect and kindness to residents and associates.
