Meet Our Executive Chef
Joel started cooking at the age of 16. He then attended Schoolcraft College where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts and has over 20 years of experience in the culinary field. Food has always been a part of his life and growing up in an Italian house has taught him how important food and family is. Joel has been married to his beautiful wife Laura for ten years and they have two boys. They enjoy going to the Detroit Zoo, Mackinaw, sporting events, and anything else that they can do as a family. In his free time, Joel enjoys working in his yard, tending his garden and watching the Spartans, Lions, and Tigers. He also enjoys building plastic model cars, reading, watching the History Channel and spending time with his family.
