Eric Davis, Executive Director
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Senior Living community. The Executive Director ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures. ED’s responsibility also will include resident satisfaction, financial management, budget development and administration and team leadership.
Sharyn Riddle, Business Office Manager
The Business Office Manager is responsible for all Business Office functions of the community. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to supervising the reception, payroll management, maintaining employee information, processing necessary resident paperwork, resident billing, vendor relations, regulatory compliance paperwork, and accounts payable.

Jaynie Segal, Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for all sales and marketing functions for the assigned community. These responsibilities include but are not limited to, effectively marketing through presentations to perspective residents, community guests and the audiences in the community; external marketing/outreach; determining and closing qualified leads; reaching and maintaining budgeted census and revenue goals via deposits and move-ins.
Alexis Spencer, Assisted Living Life Enrichment Manager
The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the community’s activities and fitness programming for residents. She also coordinates the community volunteer program for Assisted Living. The Life Enrichment Manager should assess residents’ interests, plan and manage events and activities both inside and outside of the community to provide quality activities programing during the weekdays, weekends, and holidays.


Logan Diard, Memory Care Life Enrichment Manager
The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing the community’s activities and fitness programming for residents. He also coordinates the community volunteer program for Memory Care. The Life Enrichment Manager should assess residents’ interests, plan and manage events and activities both inside and outside of the community to provide quality activities programing during the weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Christy Yost, Resident Care Manager
The Resident Care Manager is responsible for working with the Executive Director to assure the goals, objectives, and quality of service delivered to each resident of the Assisted Living and Memory Care residence are fulfilled. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, resident care, financial management, hiring, supervising, and training, resident or authorized representative assistance and satisfaction, quality assurance, and all regulatory compliance for licensed assisted living and memory care communities.


Victoria Cleveland, Wellness Coordinator
The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for working to assure the goals, objectives, and quality of service delivered to each resident of the community are fulfilled. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staffing and scheduling of the resident care department, maintaining service and care plans for the residents, employee appreciation/recognition/satisfaction, employee adherence to community policies and procedures, resident or authorized representative assistance and satisfaction, quality assurance and assisting with regulatory compliance.
Tammie Weston, Special Care Coordinator
The Special Care Coordinator is responsible for working to assure the goals, objectives, and quality of service delivered to each resident of the community are fulfilled. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staffing and scheduling of the resident care department, maintaining service and care plans for the residents, employee appreciation/recognition/satisfaction, employee adherence to community policies and procedures, resident or authorized representative assistance and satisfaction, quality assurance, and assisting with regulatory compliance.


Edgar Castro, Culinary Service Manager
The Culinary Service Manager is responsible for the overall dining services operations and resident’s dining experience in the community. Chef Edgar ensures all associates in the dining department adhere to community policies and procedures. Overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to; the procurement, preparation, and service of food; financial management of the food, supplies, and labor budget; hiring, training and management of dining services team members; sanitization of food service areas; accurate record keeping; inventory and rotation of products; and regulatory compliance.
Rudy Williamson, Environmental Service Manager
The Environmental Service Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property by having a working knowledge of the whole property’s systems and related code requirements, including fire protection, security, grounds, internal structural plans, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing light electrical repairs, light plumbing, replacing broken fixtures, carpentry work, custodial and grounds work, periodic inspections and preventative maintenance, overseeing outside contractors, and assisting in move-in and move-out procedures. The Environmental Service Manager also manages two direct reports: Housekeeping Supervisor and a Maintenance Technician.
