Meet the Executive Director of Waltonwood Lake Boone

Cameron Gregory is a results-driven senior living leader with a proven track record of enhancing operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents, families, and associates. His well-rounded background spans direct care, sales, human resources, and executive leadership, allowing him to bring a hands-on, people-focused approach to community management. 

As Executive Director at Waltonwood Lake Boone, Cameron oversees all aspect of the community operations with a strong emphasis on culture, compliance, and resident-centered care. He is passionate about creating environments where associates feel valued and residents thrive. 

Cameron holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership and Finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, and an Associate’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. He is also a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). 

In addition to his professional role, Cameron is committed to community service and mentorship, volunteering with various organizations in the Raleigh area. In his free time, he enjoys shopping, reading, and traveling.
